Business Development Enterprise selling, B2B. Selling integrated travel solution to corporates Responsible for new sales. Will have an individual target to meet. Identification of new targets. Building database, expanding existing target base. Positioning of the job within the department & amp amp CWT As in any enterprise selling firm, the sales team is lean. The position is of Sr. Manager, reports to Associate Director- Sales. The position will have individual revenue targets. No team will be reporting to this position. Internal contacts will be the Sales teams across India, and all other departments. External contacts will be Head of travel/ Procurement/ CFOs Objectives should this position achieve during the first months or year Build a robust pipeline in the first two to three months. New sales to start coming in from the third month. Expanding the existing database of targets. Suitably represent the brand in the market. Team player, should be able to integrate with the culture and employees internally. Grasp and understand the company, processes, and align himself to the same. Expectations To be able to close at least 70% of the sale on his own. Must be a self-motivated with good presentation skills, the ability to be able to engage the CXO level in a conversation/ pitch. Independent worker should hit the ground running. Should be able to leverage his relationships in the market. Should be able to align his work and develop a good understanding of CWT processes and culture. Qualifications Specific competencies /skills/ Technical skills Required excellent communication & amp amp presentation skills. Good knowledge of computers- MS office. Preferred MBA from reputed institute Sales skills, team player, self-motivated, well groomed. Any of the Good TMCs sales candidates. Should be at senior level Position (Manager / Sales Manager) with minimum 6- 7 years of relevant experience in corporate sales.
