Job Description:Your starting job will be to pitch our CRM suite to the pipeline of 3000+ fitness centers we have on our platform. The company will define a standard sales pitch, however you will be expected to localize exactly as per the requirements (and thus the need of being street smart). You will also be given responsibility of managing gamification driven fitness programs we conduct at various corporates (who are given access to our BYGPASS, along with having engagement within their campuses) A leadership role, your job will need you to keep your energy high, encourage, mentor, motivate and lead your team throughout. You will be involved in recruiting for the company (your team and contribute to other recruitment) throughout. The founders of the company are ex-Goldman Sachs bankers, and firmly believe in personal branding, lean team, high loyalty and street high pay hence as the company raises money the compensation will be substantial (along with the responsibilities). Sales/ Operations related experience is not necessary but previous work in a Sales/ Acquisition/ Strategic Alliance Role in a marketplace platform or a bank/ insurance firm (basically experience having got your hands dirty previously) will be beneficial. Other information : - Travel and hustle will be a part of daily life in the first few years. - Being a sport (ready to do whatever is required whenever) will radically increase your chances. - We don' t hire jerks, however brilliant you are.
