Job Description:Key Responsibility Areas Incentives Design and finalize the annual/ interim incentives schemes. Explore automated ways of doing this exercise Discuss and approve special cases (eligibility criteria not met) Oversee process of calculating incentives and initiating payment to ensure proper checks & amp amp controls Review reconciliation of approved incentives vs actual payments made Pricing & amp amp Costing Conduct periodic review of current MRPs / selling price to suggest / implement changes Approve special prices for specific Corporate Hospital customers Budgeting Oversee preparation & amp amp finalization of templates for target setting. Explore automated ways of doing this exercise Compile & amp amp present finalized budget to management for review. Incorporate recommended changes and get final approval on Revenue & amp amp EBIDTA Ensure targets are given to the team / territories / area / region / zone as per potential (growth, YPM, etc) Ensure timely roll-out of targets / revised targets Continuously coordinate with functions for controlling the Revenue & amp amp expense budget (approvals/changes) Ensure updation of budget on SAP (periodic) MIS Ensure timely roll-out of MIS / Performance reports Ensure timely roll-out of relevant data for timely decisions Business Performance evaluation / review Finalize & amp amp present sales performance reviews to management for action planning Lead business discussions to provide inputs around feasibility and future prospects for new team, team geography, new products, new customers Regulatory, Compliance and Audit support Oversee correct provision for quarterly / annual finalization Respond to queries arising from Statutory, Internal audit Market Research (This activity will be added gradually based on the background of the candidate) Recommend and ensure relevant data cuts / reports are shared with various internal teams Ensure appropriate contracts are signed with external market research agencies Other Activities Software up-gradation / Support Knowledge of Business process is a must Stockiest Appointment, New Product launch Support Type of interaction: Interaction will be with field, Sales & amp amp Marketing heads and Senior Management Qualification: Graduate / MBA Finance / ICWA / CA Inter, Final Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Behavior Competencies: Achievement Orientation, Problem Solving and decision making, Team Management & amp amp Development, Customer Orientation JD of Sr. DGM Decision Support Group, Branded Generic Business post appointment of Sr. Manager in DSG Key Responsibility Areas Incentives - Overall Incentive model based on higher value that can be derived - Incentive data base / MIS on a quarterly basis Sales & amp amp Marketing Spends - Design of appropriate structure for tracking / controlling of spends - Quarterly MIS on spends - Customer Segmentation process - Areas of deriving value in set-up cost Pricing & amp amp Costing - Active support & amp amp review for finalizing new proposed MRPs - Approve special prices for specific Corporate Hospital customers - Evaluation of business impact due to special rates to specific Corporate Hospital customers MIS, Business Performance evaluation / review - Drive towards achieving the actionables of the MIS / Performance reports - Concerned Regions / Critical Products / Areas Regulatory, Compliance and Audit support - Quarterly Profitability v/s Budget - Internal audit support Market Research - Recommend and ensure relevant data cuts / reports are shared with various internal teams - Ensure appropriate contracts are signed with external market research agencies Other Activities - Software up-gradation / Support
