Job Description:Job Role: Havegood awareness of Corporates with entry point links in those corporates. GoodCommunication & amp amp Presentation Skills required since he will be focusing oncore corporates for Digital Banking. Crosssells bank products to existing set of Corp Sal customers which are mapped. HandleInvestment and Insurance requirements of clients Informscustomers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the bankingrelationship. Coordinateswith other group companies to provide awareness to our group company employeesfor our KOTAKJIFI products. Goesbeyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products -enhancement of customer value Maintainscomplete relationship record for assigned customer accounts. Penetrationof group/ family account of the existing mapped base. Trackscustomer complaints/ queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction Plansand conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existingcorporate. Job Requirement: Good communication and presentation skills. Willing to travel extensively within the city limits. Two- wheeler is a must. LiabilitySales experience or KYC knowledge is an added advantage.
