Job Description:JOB DESCRIPTION Job Purpose: Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity and helps employees create long term career plans within the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization. Conduct TNI & amp amp TNA across all profiles & amp amp develop, implement, and monitor training plans & amp amp programs. Amend and revise training modules as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment. Conduct orientation sessions for employees. Manage team of AMs & amp amp deliver centre level trainings, BM, Faculty & amp amp Leadership training plans. Work in close coordination with online training team & amp amp Quality Analysts. Create testing and evaluation processes. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met. Achieve CSAT scores of all the branches through systematic training interventions. Deliver training on team building, leadership & amp amp management. Devise systematic capability programs for all profiles. Assist with the development of strategic plans.
