Job Description:Job Description Develop and execute a marketing communications strategy for the organization. Oversee the Brand Management strategy and development of the brand identity, positioning and messaging. Ideate execute marketing strategies to increase awareness and adoption. An ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing communications and creating brand equity. Should actively drive new market penetration strategies for existing and new products. Coordinating and collaborating with Product marketing to prepare customer centric communications. Continually review and analyze changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary. Budget monitoring and control. Preparing detailed Annual Marketing Communications Calendar Overall campaign designing execution for product launch, relaunch, regional go-to-market campaigns, and new market entry initiatives. Planning and executing ATL BTL activities. Utilizing various media to communicate the value proposition of the product portfolio to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process. Coordination with creative/media agencies for media buying planning Driving PR Campaign Managing the design and implementation of effective In-store and Out-of-store P.O.S This includes dealer signages, display systems and store transformations. Planning and maintaining a procurement calendar for various communications material and giveaways and ensuring optimum availability throughout the year Managing and driving effectiveness of all ATL/BTL Activations, Events and Exhibitions through trackable parameters Deploying technology wherever possible to drive efficiency and effectiveness Super savvy about product positioning, design thinking new product plan. Develop product messaging that differentiates new products from others in the market. Creating product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts Create and manage a calendar of events such as Road shows, Dealer/sub-dealer meets, conferences, customer meets and product launches. Develop and lead all customer specific marketing plans customer surveys, co-branding initiatives, customer loyalty programs, etc. Drive innovation in all marketing practices Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Be the expert on the customer, the industry trends, and the players in the market. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends. These analyses should be the basis of all communications and brand positioning. Desired Candidate profile Experience: 12- 15 years in marketing and marketing communication in B2B B2C Industry Location: Pune, Head office. Qualification: Graduate preferable with MBA (Marketing) or Mass Communications degree Preferred Industry: Open to any industry as far as the candidate has relevant experience Joining Period: Immediate to 1 month. Experience Skills required: Hands on experience in handling Marketing Communications at national level Person should possess strategic thinking and Innovative in approach Person should have a positive attitude, be process oriented and proactive Excellent in written and oral communications, presentations and computers (MS Word. Excel, Power Point). Understanding of rural markets Agile, quick to react, ready to take challenges Honest, hardworking, innovative and self-starter Eager to Learn and adapt This is a creative role allowing plenty of latitude. So person need to be a clear thinker and good communicator. Need to justify ideas with short and long term impact. Willing to Travel ( extensive travel is involved)
