Job Description:Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Responsibilities: Market survey and generating enquiries and tenders of new boilers from Indian and overseas markets. Market survey and generating enquiries and tenders of high pressure tubular components i.e. Headers, Panels, Bed coils, Economisers, Superheaters etc. from Indian and overseas markets. Sending enquiries and taking quotes from various vendors for estimation. Pre Bid Negotiations with vendors if required. Estimating the cost and sale price of the products. Preparation of Techno-commercial proposals for manufacturing water tube high pressure boilers up to 120 TPH capacities as per enquiries and data received from clients & amp amp based on technical specifications received from design department & amp amp current market prices of raw materials. Preparation of Techno-commercial proposals for manufacturing high pressure tubular components i.e. Headers, Panels, Bed coils, Economisers, Superheaters etc. as per enquiries and drawings received from clients. Proposal making and Tender submission to Govt. and Semi-Govt. organizations for manufacturing of new boilers and high pressure tubular components i.e. Headers, Panels, Bed coils, Economisers, Superheaters etc. Submission of proposal to client. Preparation and sending or replies to TQ/CQ raised by the customer. Attend Techno-commercial meetings, Tender opening meetings, Stage meetings & amp amp Negotiation meetings followed by order finalization. Follow up to order finalization. Meeting with clients to obtain data, scope of supply & amp amp related technical requirements after order. Handover of data to manufacturing department to work out technical specifications of equipments. Prepare business plan, sales forecast and sales-marketing activity plan. Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services. Judge the pricing structure of various other potential competitors. Achieve yearly sales target as per commitments. Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects. Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Conduct one-on-one review with the sales executive to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Executives sales and activity performance. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by the team. Create and conducts proposal presentations. Control expenses to meet budget guidelines. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Recruit, test, and hire Sales Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management. Attend Sales related meetings anywhere in India or abroad for the duration of 2 to 3 weeks a month. Internal / External Cooperation Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up. Conduct regular coaching and counseling with Sales team to build motivation and selling skills. Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. Job Specifications 5-7 years of experience in Boiler sales management. Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, BE Mechanical, MBA Marketing. Experience with software solutions and large, complex organizations. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
