Job Description:About the team: Team: Shared Resource Center (SRC), Global Sales Operations (GSO) . This team is responsible for providing superior support for various core sales processes to the Enterprise Sales organization and working towards the goal of optimizing our processes through automation and streamlining to deliver a better business outcomes and sales productivity in the long run. Processes managed globally out of SRC include Sales Reporting, Channel Operations, Quoting, Sales Tool Admin and Data Management. Responsibilities may include some or all of the following: Managing a team of high-performing Sales Operations professionals from an HR and Functional perspective in a Centre-of Excellence environment Developing and operationalizing the renewals quoting process that will drive better sales productivity Deploying resources across time-zones to ensure a 24-hour delivery model Developing and maintaining insightful metrics and reports relating to capacity, SLAs (and other relevant management metrics) by use of power point presentations, dashboards and excel. Act as the SME for the renewals process managed Focus on process improvement and standardization to deliver better outcomes for our stakeholders Working across a global matrixed team Motivating and retaining a high-functioning team that works across multiple-time-zones May be required to cover other functions as the team evolves and grows Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors Degree + Business Post-grad preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management 8+ years experience in Sales/ Operations/ Finance/ Marketing/ Fulfilment disciplines Proven track-record in leadership and people management Experience working with a multi-national company of comparable size in the tech industry Experience working in cross-cultural teams and managing international stakeholders Sound understanding of the Sales Process and common tools used in Sales environments Salesforce, Oracle, MS Office, etc. Specific experience in sales quoting/fulfilment/pre-sales support is preferred Process and data-driven approach with knowledge of process improvement/streamlining instruments (Agile/Lean etc) preferred. Candidate needs to be flexible to work across multiple time-zones and attend global calls out of normal working hours Able to learn quickly and be flexible to adapt to changing needs of an evolving team Technologies: SFDC, Oracle, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
